Justice Served: Partners Secure $915,000 in Workers' Comp and Personal Injury Case

BTP partners Pete Bobber and Andrew Pippin recently settled an Illinois Workers' Compensation and Wisconsin Personal Injury claim resulting in a total sum of $915,000. The cases stemmed from a 2022 incident when our client, a 68-year-old truck driver, sustained serious injuries to his non-dominant shoulder when a rope handle to a loading dock door came loose as he attempted to close it. Enforcing his rights under the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act, Bobber and Pippin ensured all of the client's medical bills were paid and that he received temporary disability benefits from the date of the accident through the settlement of his case. The workers' compensation claim ultimately settled for $165,000.00 and the Wisconsin personal injury claim settled for $750,000.00, demonstrating the firm's dedication to obtaining justice and fair compensation for clients throughout the greater Midwest area.
